Pay per Sale
Those offers paying commissions if someone buys anything. The commission could be fixed or a percentage of the billing amount the customer made.
This offers are typically higher than per lead offers because something needs to be bought.
Pay per Lead
Those offers paying commission if someone subscribes a newsletter, enter his zip code, take a survey or something like that.
The payouts or lower but the customer don't have to pick his credit card and make a purchase.
Some of them paying $2.70 if the customer simple entered his zip code. Nice!
